Privacy policy

This page explains what BBD Engineering & Design Firm, LLC (“BBD Engineering”, “we”) collects through bbdengineering.com and how it is used. Questions: info@bbdengineering.com, (863) 875-5602, 1552 6th Street S.E., Winter Haven, FL 33880.

What you send us

When you use a form we receive what you type, the files you attach and the page you started from. The contact form and the work request go to our engineering staff so we can answer and scope your project. Applications go to the people who hire. Marketing Associate agreements, including the signature you draw, are kept as the signed record of the agreement.

After you send the contact form we email you a private link to our work request so you do not have to type your details twice. That link only opens the details you entered, and it stops working once the work request is submitted or after 60 days.

How long we keep it

Website form records and attached files are kept for 180 days on our website host, then deleted. Copies we email to our staff are kept with our project records. Marketing Associate codes are kept for as long as the agreement is in force.

Service providers

The website runs on Cloudflare, which also checks forms for spam (Turnstile). Form emails are sent through Resend. Site statistics come from Google Analytics through the Google tag, with Google signals and ad personalization turned off. Analytics never receives what you type into a form. We do not sell your information.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete what you sent through this site by emailing info@bbdengineering.com.
