We review, sign and seal plans and structural drawings for complete designs produced in-house — or plans from your drafting company — for 45 U.S. states.
New construction, existing structures and as-built projects — residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural. Remodels, room additions, carports, lanais, sunrooms, porches, decks, pool and screen enclosures, sheds and storage buildings.
Personal site visits, office consultations, or virtual and electronic meetings and tours — via Zoom, Google Meet, FaceTime, WhatsApp or similar tools.
We digitize hard-copy (grandfathered) drawings into electronic and DWG format for older buildings — schools, churches, libraries, roads and bridges — and update existing plans to current local, state and federal building codes, including wind pressure calculations and site-specific steel building seals.
Structural integrity reviews, inspections to determine whether walls are load bearing or non-load bearing, and details for safe removal of load bearing walls using wood or steel header beams.
